Thank you Azadeh for taking time to read and comment. It means a lot to me and especial thanks for sharing your thoughts. Ugh, that's something I totally relate to. Like I said, I'm open to changes provided they make sense. Maybe they were trying to escape the stigma of racism by bringing different shades of skin color but it was really in poor taste and in my opinion, had the opposite effect, like actually there's something to escape from where nothing in the source material gets even close to bigotry.

Now I'm afraid of watching 'House of Dragons'! Should I? Maybe not? 😅

Any way, thank you again for leaving a comment and I do hope you enjoy the next pieces as well.

THANK YOU

Well said👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

And here I thought I am getting old, and I was wondering whether it is me who cannot follow or...

There is nothing majestic about these elves. Just as you said, I have already watched ‘Sandman’ 3 times, but I couldn’t bring myself to finish the second episode of this one. And there is one more thing: why do they have black elves?! I mean what is this new trend of changing the history and origins?!

You know making the series of ‘The Lord of the Rings’ was a shockingly hard and risky business from the beginning, because they knew it would be compared with the awesome, mind blowing movies, but I am not sure whether they have even tried! I don’t know 🤷🏻‍♀️

I told myself finish the first season and then decide🤦🏻‍♀️ you cannot imagine what a disappointment it was, I was so looking forward to seeing it...
